Blangah Rise Primary School offers the basic foundations for education through the English Language, Mathematics, Science and Mother Tongue languages. The supporting fields to basic education are Character & Citizenship Education, Student Management, Infocomm Technology and PE & Aesthetics Education.

The Green Snapshots
This is a program that gives the students of Blangah Rise Primary School a chance to appreciate the green heritage of the area. It is a trail filled with fun and learning activities.

Chinese Junior Reporters Programme
This is a platform for the students to improve, apply and practice their Chinese Language skills.
Young Photographers
This is a program that aims to equip the students with the knowledge and skills to participate in communication, creative and arts and media fields.
Singapore National Youth Orchestra
This is a collaboration of Blangah Rise Primary School to expose the students for the Singapore Symphony Group.
