Unique Programmes and services

- Extensive Reading Programme, Parental Involvement Programmes, Value-In-Action Programmes, Mathe & Science Olympiad Training, Learning Support Programmes (English & Math), Pupil Oracy Programme (POP), Spring for Life Programme, LifeSkills Programme.
- The school provides many platforms for E’Lights to guide them towards becoming gracious individuals and life-long learners. Spring for Life (SFL), the school’s Learning for Life Programme (LLP), aims to equip E’Lights with the 21st century skills and be gracious. One of the signature programmes in SFL is the progressive six-level camps which imbue values, build character and develop new skills in E’Lights. The programme gives them the opportunities to work in harmony with their peers and make decisions. It also encourages E’Lights to be resilient, to have the ability to bounce back from challenges and failures and leap forward to peaks of excellence.
- The school also ensures that all E’Lights have the opportunity to go through a LifeSkills Programme in preparing them for the future. This programme, which spans across six levels, builds the students’ competencies in the social and emotional domains. For instance, at Primary 3, E’Lights are taught to prepare a simple meal while at Primary 4, they are taught financial literacy skills.
Overall Feedback
- Parents’ Testimonials
-
- “So far my son likes NASCANS, he likes it that he has nap time (but after P1, there isnt) and that there are times he can play sports just at the covered sports area outside NASCANS. We like that it is in the school, so it is safer (dont have to cross the road).”
- “I would like to share my PV experiences with this school: its really very satisfying , rich & encouraging to know about this School’s mission, vision, values with School’s Infrastructure, processes, procedures.
