Hari Raya Celebration is an event planned and performed by Xingnan Malay teachers and pupils to celebrate the annual Hari Raya Aidilfitri (Day of Victory).
Fun Maths Day is a math carnival for the Primary 1 pupils where they do hands-on activities and games that develop their problem solving skills and mathematical thinking skills.

Speak Good English @ Xingnan is an annual event organized by the EL Department to promote the use of Standard English among students through activities such as choral reading, poem recitation, tongue twisters and more.
Character and Citizenship Education (CCE) is designed to instill in students the necessary values, knowledge, skills, and competencies for their growth as responsible citizens.
Cyberwellness Programme aims to teach students as adept users of technology through the ICT framework.
Sexuality Education Programme has five main themes that are delivered through the curriculum such as Human Development, Interpersonal Relationships, Sexual Health, Sexual Behavior, and Culture, Society and Law.
